Tap on your Profile Icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Select the Redeem Rewards button. Type in the gift code, exactly as shown above. Tap on Confirm. The rewards will be automatically added to your account, whenever you redeemed an active code. Why Aren’t My Monster Never Cry Codes Working? Sometimes a code might appear as though it is not working because it was not written correctly. The codes in MNC are case-sensitive, so you must write them in all caps or however they appear. It’s crucial to do that, otherwise, they you might be missing out on some neat rewards!
